Altar Servers
Altar servers assist the priests and deacons in the celebration of the Eucharist.
- Must have completed their First Communion.
- Training sessions are required.

Art and Environment
This ministry is dedicated to the care and enhancement of the church environment, managing floral arrangements, art, and liturgical decorations within the worship area and at the church entrances. The primary duties include:
- Watering both indoor and outdoor gardens
- Altar tasks such as maintaining candles, cleaning, and arranging or removing flowers
- Installing various decorations, including floral displays, banners, and artistic elements
Ministers of the Art and Environment strive to:
- Create an aesthetically pleasing setting that fosters spiritual reflection and prepares individuals for meaningful worship experiences.
The team is encouraged to meet regularly to plan decorations for feast days, seasons, and sacramental celebrations. Additionally, it is important to develop a comprehensive schedule for obtaining flowers, setting up decorations, and coordinating cleaning or removal dates.

Ushers Ministry
Ushers assist during the Mass to help parishioners find seats, manage collection baskets at offertory and distribute bulletins and other materials as needed.

Choir
The Choir leads the worship at the Sunday Masses and other occasions throughout the Liturgical Year. Membership is open to those _________ and older. There is a weekly rehearsal on Tuesday nights, from 5:30-7:30 p.m.

Worship Technician
The Worship Tech Team operates the camera and laptop to stream Mass and other liturgical events on Zoom. Training is provided, and some familiarity with technology and the liturgy is expected.

Eucharistic Ministers at Mass
Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion (EMHC) assist the priest in offering the Eucharist to the faithful.
To become a Eucharistic Minister at Mass
- Must be registered parishioners
- Baptized and confirmed in the Catholic faith
- 16 years of age or older
- Attend a training session

Lectors
These individuals have the opportunity to lend their voice to God to proclaim the Scriptures at Mass.

- Must be a registered parishioner
- Confirmed Catholic
- High school age or older
- Training is required

Commentators
A commentator is a liturgical minister who helps the assembly participate more fully in the Mass by providing explanations, guiding the congregation, and reading announcements and the Prayers of the Faithful. The commentator’s duties include welcoming the congregation, indicating when to stand, sit, or kneel, and leading the prayers of the faithful and announcements in a clear, reverent manner. The commentator may offer brief explanations to help the faithful understand the liturgy, especially for newcomers and provide a concluding statement.
To become a Commentator
- Must be a registered parishioner
- Confirmed Catholic
- High school age or older
- Speak from a written script
- Training is required to speak slowly and clearly, with a prayerful attitude.
